Deposit / Tour Booking Fee

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due per person at registration. No reservation will be confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip start date unless prior arrangements have been made. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, the entire trip cost must be paid at the time of booking. We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, and personal checks. All trip prices are in US dollars.

Balance of Payment

We require the balance of payment for your booked tour(s) no later than 90 days prior to the tour date to confirm your booking. If you need special payment arrangements, please call us at 970-363-6550.

Last-Minute Bookings

We’re thrilled you decided to join us! Bookings made less than 60 days before the tour date will only be confirmed if full payment is received or by special arrangement.

Solo Travelers

Solo travelers are more than welcome! All too often, not having a travel companion keeps us from saying “yes” to unmatched experiences like these. If you’d like to come with us, we will be your right-hand women, and we will match you with another fantastic traveling companion from our group to share your room. If you prefer private accommodations, we’re happy to provide them for an additional fee.

Because our deposits are non-refundable and because one cannot be too prepared for the unexpected, please protect yourself by buying travel insurance at the time of booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or if you must cancel your accommodations and forfeit funds.

We recommend choosing a policy that covers personal accident and illness, accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of booking fee, payment or cancellation fees, and curtailment expenses. A minimum coverage of $250,000 is encouraged. Travel insurance can be secured when purchasing your flight and through World Nomads or Travelex.

If you chose not to purchase travel insurance, you agree to indemnify Travel Sister LLC against any charges that might otherwise be covered by your insurance. You further agree that we are not responsible for any costs of cancellation by you.

Booking Transfer Policy

Up to 120 days before the booked tour date, you may transfer your reservation to another one of our tours with a credit according to the payments you have made, less any non-recoverable costs we have incurred on your behalf.

Refund Policy

Things come up — believe us, we understand! If you have to cancel your tour — and we hope not, you’ll be missed — the following refund schedule applies:

  • If you initiate the cancellation 60 days or longer prior to the departure date, you are reimbursed for any funds paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • If you initiate the cancellation less than 60 days prior to departure, we cannot refund any monies paid for the trip.

Tour Cancellation Policy

Travel Sister LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour, in which case no liability shall fall upon Travel Sister LLC. If Travel Sister LLC initiates the cancellation, we will refund all deposits and payments due to guest. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, nor for accommodations or any services not utilized, nor for a partially completed tour. Travel Sister LLC also reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the tour at its own discretion.

Loss or Damage

Travel Sister LLC does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality, or other injury suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant's risk at all times.

Injury or Illness

Participants agree that in the case of injury or illness, Travel Sister LLC can, at a cost to the participant — typically through their travel insurance company — arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as Travel Sister LLC deems essential for the participant's safety.

Changes to Itineraries

Travel Sister LLC reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary or other services nominated in the tour outline, should circumstances warrant that such changes would be in the best interest of participants or any other operational reason.

Exchange Rates and Taxes

To reflect significant fluctuations in exchange rates or the imposition of new government taxes that impact on the cost of providing its services, Travel Sister LLC reserves the right to adjust prices as may be necessary from time to time. However, once a reservation has been confirmed, the price remains unchanged.

Travel Sister LLC shall be in no part held liable for any acts, omissions, failures, or defaults on part of the persons or companies who, at the request of Travel Sister LLC, provide transport, accommodations, or similar services or facilities. Also, Travel Sister LLC does not own or manage any transportation vehicles, hotels, or restaurants or any other supplier thereof.
