What should I bring with me?
Bring layers and raingear. Umbrella too. Weather in Colorado can change quickly; temperatures can drop in a heartbeat or a quick summer rain might descend at a moment's notice. We will be outside with lawn seating for the concert on Friday night, so keep that in mind. In terms of attire, Colorado mountain towns are very casual and lean towards chic comfort. Dinner will be in a hot new restaurant so consider all of the above when packing your bag.
Will Travel Sister help me with arranging independent activities and related ground transportation?
Absolutely. If you want to arrive early and luxuriate at the Arrabelle spa or extend your stay, we can help. Strolling the wonderful farmer's market in Vail Village on Saturday morning is a great way to cap off our overnight or, if hiking tickles your fancy, a climb up Cherry Picker Trail to the top of Vail Mountain may be the perfect sojourn. From biking to dining, shopping to hiking, the possibilities for fun in Vail are endless. Let us know your wishes and we will do our best to help you.
How much does the trip cost? Are refunds permitted?
Travels are priced based on meals, accommodations, activities, and can vary by location. See the pricing page and terms of service for all the details you need about prices, fees, deposits, and refunds.
What happens if there's an incident on this trip? Do you provide insurance?
Our sisters in travel should read our terms of service and liability waiver to have a full understanding of what every traveler is responsible for and what is/isn’t covered by Travel Sister.
Who will be my roommate? Can I get a private room?
Tour prices are based on single occupancy. You will always have your own room unless you have a travel companion you wish to share a room with. If you choose to room with someone, contact us and we can arrange for double occupancy and adjust the tour price accordingly.
I have some dietary restrictions. Will I still be able to enjoy group meals?
Most restaurants we select will accommodate dietary preferences. Although we cannot amend our itinerary to meet specific dietary needs, we will do our best to answer your questions. We take your health and well-being very seriously. If you have any hesitations at all, please review our itinerary or get in touch and allow us to help you decide whether this is the trip for you.
